The tax credit for first time home buyers is working. Personally my business has quadrupled over the past weeks. I am flooded with first time buyers trying to close on a home before the deadline of November 30, 2009 so they will receive the $8,000 tax credit.
Many organizations, such as the Realtor Association, are pushing congress to extend the credit however nothing is definate. Please don't hesistate to call, I would hate to see anyone close in December thinking it will be extended and it not!
I wish this would have been available for me on our first home- what a once in a life time opportunity!
